Sponsors & Stakeholders Advisory Group

The initial meeting of the Sponsors and Stakeholders Advisory Group was held on 28 November in Wellington at the Ministry of Education offices. 
The Advisory Group was informed about the significant development and expansion of the Eureka! Programme planned for 2017 (see below). 
A range of issues were discussed including how sponsors may effectively leverage their sponsorship by: 

• engaging with members of the Alumni Group to promote support of Eureka! Programme to their own staff
• promoting their engagement with Eureka! events on sponsors own websites and through their own communication channels to build wider community awareness
• ensuring that there are several points of contact within the sponsors organisation for the Eureka! Trust

The Eureka! Trust will look to develop a much closer relationship with sponsors and stakeholders including the distribution of a regular newsletter to keep sponsors and stakeholders informed.
